Shipping + Returns
Domestic orders are shipped with UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Shipments to all other locations use USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Orders containing in stock and pre-order items maybe be split into two shipments. There is a $10 fee to split any shipment.
General Shipping Terms
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES - If you refuse a shipment from MZ, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to MZ. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Please email your shipping and handling questions or comments to email@example.com or call Customer Service toll free at 1-888-211-1625.
GIFTS - If the order is a gift, the package will be marked "Gift," but the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to declare the value of the gift item directly on the package.
- LIMITATIONS - At this time MZ does not ship to FPO's or APO's or any other locations with delivery limitations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. MZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns + Exchanges
All of our products are exquisitely handmade one at a time. Therefore, it is difficult, if not impossible, to make identical items the way a machine can. Our artisans are masters, and they strive for the highest quality and standards in every item they create. Handmade items have natural variances in color, size, and texture, which should not be misconstrued as flaws. These variances are what make each product charming and unique. Items may not be identical to the ones pictured.
**Clearance and sale items may not be returned or exchanged.**
Wholesale Returns & Exchanges
- No refunds. Returns will only be accepted if an item is defective.
- Items can be exchanged with a 20% restocking fee within 10 days of receipt for new items or company credit.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Consideration will be given on a case by case basis.
